Members are the cornerstone of the parenting village we are building at GentleHands. We hope to see you often and have you contribute to our parenting community.

Why should I get a membership?

  • Have unlimited access to play and/or classes (based on membership tier) each month

  • Membership belongs to your child(ren) so other caregivers can bring them as well

  • Save big on birthday parties, It’s our gift to you! (must be a member at time of booking and party)

  • Special Event Pricing (Minimum of 10% off events)

  • Monthly memberships automatically renew but are not on contracts

  • We also offer deals on 3 and 12 month memberships on our standard membership

Play Pass Packages

Not going to come often enough for a membership or you don’t want to take classes? You can save at least 20% on each visit by buying a 5 or 10 Play Pass instead. These passes are for open play only and do not include classes. A pass will be deducted from your 10 Play Pass for each child entering with you. Your passes don’t expire and stay on your account until they are all used. Play passes can also be applied at friend play dates as long as the pass purchaser is present.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the 10 play pass include classes? How much is it for me to add a class at a visit?

The 10 Play Pass does not include any classes. If you opt to add on a class at arrival you can pay the value difference for each child (usually $5 each). If you are going to do any classes in a month, the membership is really the best deal.

Do I need to purchase a 10 play pass for each child?

No, your pass can be shared with all the children under your account. As long as you are present to share your passes, they can also be used now for friends.

IS the membership for the calendar month (Ie is it just for march, just april, etc)?

No, your membership lasts for a whole month regardless of what part of the month you purchased in. For example, if you purchased your membership on March 15th, your pass is valid through April 14th, and would renew again on April 15th.

Does the membership really include all of the classes?

Yes, your membership includes all of our regular activities and classes. The number of classes per week varies based on membership but you can rotate which classes you attend weekly. In the future we may have opportunities to work with instructors for more extensive classes or workshops that are outside of the regular schedule but we will always negotiate a discount for our members. Everything on the current schedule is included in the memberships. All special events have discounted member pricing.

I have a toddler/preschooler and an infant, does my infant need to be on the membership?

We allow siblings of members under 12 months to join their big sibling on their membership. Once they turn one, you can switch over to a Multi Child Membership, but don’t worry- it’s only $15 extra a month.
